Q:  How would you rate your novels?

A:  Definitely “G” – I write sweet romances which contain nothing that would make your grandmother blush. You’ll find lots of romantic tension and chemistry between my characters but the bedroom door always remains closed.

 

Q:  Why do you mainly write historical romances that take place in the American West?

A:  I love the simpler lifestyle which focuses on values and principles that aren’t as evident in today’s world. I also have a fondness for cowboy boots, hats, horses, country music, campfires, and cornbread in an iron skillet…all things that keep me pointed in a westerly direction. Being a native Texan has greatly influenced my writing, as well.

 

Q:  Are your books full of flowery descriptions and lengthy paragraphs describing the life cycle of a protozoa?

A:  I’m not a fan either! I think you’ll find my writing concise and to the point. No need to bring your machete to hack through a jungle of needless words.
